Our favorites
Chocolate Brownie
One of my favorite bakes is our 'Double Chocolate Brownie'. I love it and think it's one of the best brownies out there. We use Barry Callebaut dark chocolate and crushed walnuts in it's base and then top with a grenache.
Our brownie can be served ambient for takeaway or you can heat it is the microwave for about 30 seconds and serve it with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
Luxury
Rocky road
With this Luxury Rocky Road we gave it everything. We have pistachio nuts, glacé cherries, jumbo marshmallows, white and dark chocolate. We entered this into the 2019 Great Taste Awards and were delighted to win 2 stars.
For Christmas we use this recipe for our boxed 'Rocky Road Wreath' which we sell to some of our retail partners.
Raspberry & Almond Crumble
Shortbread base baked with raspberries and coconut crumble mix finished with a topping of more raspberries. Some customers do serve this warm with ice-cream
